I have found the tool impressive in its integration of the requirements toolbox that is necessary for all BAs to have.  I have found it challenging from the perspective of translating one’s knowledge into the tool; meaning that not all things I would do and know is intuitive to accomplish in the tool.  So learning the tool and becoming proficient in its usage is critical to one’s success and expediency of artifacts.
